Speedy Car Wash at 3056 Washington Street, Waukegan, Illinois.

It's ok car wash, I got their best wash which is $12.00, yet I had spots on my car. I spoke with the owner and showed him multiple spots which the wash missed and his statement was 'it's not a hand wash were it will be shiny and perfect, get what you pay for' so obviously next time I'd rather spend that extra $8.00 and go somewhere else for a shiny car. If you don't care if it's not perfect then worth it and it has free vaccum.
