Jiffy Lube at 1212 North Lewis Avenue, Waukegan, Illinois.

Went to Jiffy Lube this morning for an oil change before 8 am and they had several cars they were working on there already. I asked how long and they said 15- 30 min and that felt reasonable so I waited. I didn't leave until 10 am, this is unacceptable. If I was given an honest answer I could have come back but they kept me there by leading me on.

It is a convenient location for me but I will not waste 2+ hrs there again when there are so many better options out there.
